A serial rapist terrorizes the streets of Scarborough, prompting the police to enlist the help of the FBI. Profiler Gregg McCrary identifies a disturbing trend of increasing violence and fears that the perpetrator may eventually kill. Tragically, when several teenage girls are found murdered, McCrary's darkest fears become a grim reality.
