S01E02 A Beautiful Delusion

Dr. Gallagher encounters a female patient who claims to be seven months pregnant, despite not being pregnant at all. Her husband is also caught up in her false beliefs. Meanwhile, Gallagher is on a desperate quest through the streets to find his sister, Becky, who struggles with mental illness and whom he fears may be living on the streets.
