S03E31 When Antarctica Was Green

Prior to the Eocene Epoch, roughly 56 million years ago, Antarctica was still connected to both Australia and South America. Interestingly, much of what we know about the southern hemisphere's geography and ecology can be traced back to this period when Antarctica was lush and green.
