Taking charge of a Boy Scout troop, Fred soon discovers the unexpected challenges of what was supposed to be a simple camping trip. As he fumbles through various mishaps, an unforeseen flood strikes overnight, leaving him and the scouts precariously clinging to a tree branch above a dangerous waterfall, anxiously waiting for a ranger to come to their aid.
