S02E14 Dear Landlord

When their landlord decides to sell all his rental properties, Roc and Eleanor take a leap of faith and invest their entire life savings to buy them. Roc offers Joey the chance to move back in, but only if he agrees to take on the role of Roc's new superintendent. Both men commit to putting aside their previous conflicts and starting fresh.
