Gordon is in a frantic race to protect the city from the spreading Alice Tetch Virus, but Lee Thompkins has her own agenda to pursue. At the same time, Alfred notices a significant transformation in Bruce Wayne following his experiences with The Shaman. Meanwhile, a group of Gotham's most unstable criminals join forces, creating a new wave of chaos in the city.
