S03E03 Mad City: Look Into My Eyes

Jervis Tetch, also known as the Mad Hatter, comes to Gotham in search of his sister, Alice, and enlists Gordon's help in locating her. At the same time, Penguin announces his candidacy for mayor, stirring up the political scene. Meanwhile, a look-alike of Bruce starts to mimic his behavior, leading to some misunderstandings throughout the city.
