"Enough, Cancer Cell!" shouts White Blood Cell (Neutrophil) as he and his allies challenge their foe, only to be thwarted by Regulatory T Cell, who prevents them from battling the menace. Meanwhile, Ordinary Cell, having bravely saved the lactic acid bacteria, now faces a dire situation as he is captured by dangerous bacteria. What destiny lies ahead for this cellular world and its inhabitants?
