A team of Shinigami sets out to save Captain-Commander Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, but they find themselves thwarted by a number of Zanpakutō Spirits. At the same time, Ichigo Kurosaki reaches the barrier encasing Yamamoto and readies himself to obliterate it.
