Larry devises a scheme to strike it rich and convinces Balki to purchase a house with no initial payment, promising to renovate it and sell for a profit. He manages to secure the property for $150,000, but when he discovers that adding a chandelier and upscale doors could yield even greater returns, his greed takes over.
