Magnum is focused on keeping his new romance under wraps while managing cases on his own during Higgins' absence. He is soon faced with the urgent challenge of locating a single mother who is being pursued by two ruthless gangs. Meanwhile, while Higgins is overseas with Ethan, an unexpected situation requires her to lend a hand to a former employer.
