While Garfield is on the run from a dog, he stumbles upon Floyd. The trio engages in a playful exchange, each mimicking the sounds of the others—Garfield barks, Floyd meows, and the dog lets out a squeak. Their amusing act proves to be just the trick they need to outsmart an animal catcher from the pound.
