Tensions rise between Charlene and Mary Jo when Charlene expresses her desire to take a year off to care for her newborn. Meanwhile, the decorators find themselves at the mercy of an obnoxious 10-year-old client with extravagant demands as Mary Jo and Charlene reflect on the challenges and rewards of being working mothers.
