After Arnold faces consequences for placing his goldfish in Mr. Drummond’s hot tub, Willis argues that it’s unfair to judge him without a proper trial. The entire family gathers, with Mrs. Garrett presiding as the judge, to deliberate and reach a significant decision regarding Arnold’s actions.
