Arnold and Pearl find themselves feeling down when Maggie and Phillip come back from their honeymoon bearing a temporary eviction notice for Pearl. To make matters worse, Arnold is told he must babysit his pesky little brother Sam, which means he has to skip out on a party he was looking forward to.
