In a public mishap, Eric inadvertently exposes Donna's granny panties by pulling down her pants. To make amends, he gifts her sexy underwear for Valentine's Day. Meanwhile, after discovering Laurie's infidelity, Kelso reflects on his past betrayal of Jackie and surprisingly expresses that he doesn't want her pity. Meanwhile, Fez musters the courage to ask Caroline to be his girlfriend, only to discover she has some unusual views on romance that leave him bewildered.
