The recently appointed health inspector starts off as a likable guy, but things take a turn when he coerces Bob into letting him showcase his dreadful music at the eatery. This unexpected arrangement leads to a decline in customers, as the tunes repel patrons instead of attracting them. Bob finds himself in a bind, torn between keeping the peace and saving his business from the inspector's questionable demands.
