Meanwhile, Edna and Irv struggle to adapt after his recent heart attack scare. Harold and his wife Rose (guest star Merrilyn Gann) have a tense confrontation following couples therapy, where she claims he’s lost his affection for her. Additionally, Ephram decides to ask Laynie (guest star Nora Zehetner) out on a date, partly to demonstrate to Amy that he is moving forward in his life.
