Bruce Crompton, an eccentric collector of military artifacts, travels to Ypres, Belgium, in search of Great War memorabilia. During his journey, he discovers a German trench mortar and also takes a thrilling ride in a British tank from World War I, one of the earliest tanks deployed in battle.
