Luke Caldwell and Clint Robertson opt for a house that requires additional space, but rather than extending it into the backyard or adding another level, they decide to demolish it entirely. They then embark on constructing a new two-story residence on the existing foundation, expanding the footprint for more room. However, inclement weather poses a risk of delaying this ambitious endeavor.
