Captains Dave Marciano and TJ Ott find themselves struggling at the lower end of the leaderboard. To boost morale on the Falcon, Dave's nephew, Jay, injects some much-needed enthusiasm. Meanwhile, Capt. Tyler McLaughlin is focused on gaining an advantage. In their quest for success, all three captains seek assistance from their family members.
