Percy longs to wow the Loco's in his mascot attire, so he enlists Xavier to don the costume on his behalf. The Loco's, intrigued by Xavier's enthusiasm, allow him to take charge for a time. However, chaos ensues as Xavier’s leadership spirals out of control, leading to unexpected and wild situations.
