Heero infiltrates the Libra and meets up with Relena to face Milliardo. Meanwhile, Treize confronts Milliardo from inside his newly built Tallgeese II Mobile Suit. In an attempt to destroy Treize once and for all, Milliardo orders the Libra to open fire.
