Earl comes back from rehab with the intention of starting anew by working with the dogs. Meanwhile, a couple visits in search of a canine companion that can navigate the bustling streets of NYC. In another turn of events, Lizzy steps in to save a dog after a tense encounter with its previous owner who had left it behind.
