Following an intimate night together, Charlie casually suggests to Kate that they catch a movie. Misinterpreting his suggestion as a heartfelt romantic advance, Kate hurriedly arranges a date for him with another girl the next day. This unexpected twist leads both of them to reevaluate the peculiar dynamics of their relationship. Meanwhile, at home, Sam shares a kiss with a girl from school, but their moment quickly becomes public when a photo of the encounter is posted on Facebook.
