Daphne and Niles struggle to conceal their cohabitation from Mrs. Moon, whose chaotic presence complicates their efforts. The only way to persuade her to leave is for Simon to step in, but he’s off in California. In another development, Frasier’s neighbor Cam hangs the American flag across his balcony, leaving Frasier in a bind; he cannot voice his discontent without appearing unpatriotic.
