In a federal interview, ex-officer Maurice Ward reflects on how Jenkins, as the GTTF's supervisor, managed to avoid consequences amid numerous unlawful activities. Meanwhile, Steele challenges Davis regarding a roster of officers who perjured themselves in court. The city is further shaken as protests erupt in response to the Freddie Gray case.
