Mayor Humdinger, alongside his mother Helga, joins forces with Mayor Goodway to search for a unique tulip. However, Humdinger’s sneaky efforts to outsmart everyone and have his mom discover the flower first lead to a series of mishaps. As chaos ensues, the Paw Patrol must step in to resolve the situation and ensure that the search concludes successfully.
