The wife of the US Ambassador in Balinderry is taken hostage by a group of revolutionaries. They demand the release of their comrades who are currently incarcerated in return for her freedom. Steve, with the assistance of Julia Flood, his contact with the kidnappers, embarks on a mission to rescue the ambassador's wife and navigate the tense situation.
