The engines are thrilled to hear that a circus has arrived in town. However, their excitement quickly turns to frustration when the festivities come to an end. Just when Henry starts to feel the boredom set in, he receives an unexpected challenge: he must clear a tunnel obstructed by a strange, shifting barrier.
