Thomas is assigned to pick up the Brass Band to celebrate Lady Hatt's birthday at the park. In his eagerness, he rushes off without the Tuba Player, who is left stranded on the platform. Will this oversight jeopardize the Fat Controller's surprise for his beloved wife?
