A renowned painter seeks the perfect backdrop for his upcoming work titled "The Spirit of Sodor." Eager to help, Percy explores numerous locations that he believes will appeal to the Artist. However, despite Percy's efforts, none of the sites capture the Artist's imagination as he had hoped.
