Bull has the chance to collaborate with his hero, the renowned attorney Walter Franklin, who recruits him to assist a family in suing the U.S. government over the wrongful death of a man in witness protection. As the case progresses, Bull's respect for Walter is challenged when the esteemed lawyer starts to ignore Bull's counsel during the trial.
