In 1985, several DEA agents find themselves in hot water after being arrested for drug trafficking. Amidst the chaos, Garcia manages to evade capture by law enforcement. As a result, Interpol steps in to track down the elusive fugitive, ultimately cornering him and bringing the hunt to a dramatic conclusion.
