Mike assures Molly he’ll make it home for Christmas Eve dinner, but plans go awry when he and Carl end up trapped in the back of a stolen truck. Meanwhile, Molly is frustrated with Vince as he attempts to change their beloved Christmas traditions, leading to tension in the holiday spirit.
