By designating Naoto as her master, AnchoR escapes her destined role as "The one who annihilates." From the cube she carries, Vermouth, the one who transmitted the shortwave to Marie, materializes. He informs the group that the massive weapon Yatsukahagi operates on electro-magnetic technology. Meanwhile, in Akihabara, this same technology brings the entire city's mechanisms to a halt.
