Otto encounters a group of "Soul surfers," which Reggie dismissively refers to as "surf bums." As he gets drawn into their laid-back lifestyle, he starts to neglect his friends and his obligations. Will he come to his senses and reconnect with his old crew, or will he choose to stick with his new, older companions?
