Gordon faces the task of preparing one of Janet's veal calves for a group of 50 vegetarians eager to revisit meat. He also embarks on a sky-fishing adventure for puffin along the cliffs of Iceland. Additionally, he returns to Rangers Football Club to share his expertise by demonstrating how to cook a perfectly poached chicken.
