Rocko's Modern Life (1993)

Rocko, an Australian wallaby, navigates the quirky challenges of life in O-Town after relocating to America. His journey is filled with humorous predicaments alongside a cast of memorable characters, including Heffer, his lovable steer friend raised by wolves, and Filbert, a neurotic turtle constantly worried about his health. Rocko's dim-witted dog, Spunky, adds to the chaos, while their grumpy neighbor, Ed Bighead, despises their antics. Throughout the series, Rocko faces a variety of escapades, from mastering a new vacuum cleaner to dealing with Heffer’s temporary living situation and enjoying a trip to the cinema.
