After a fierce confrontation with his cousin, George Patrick, an employee at a casino, is discovered dead in his hotel bathtub under violent circumstances. Discussions with the victim's girlfriend reveal that the situation is more complex, indicating multiple offenses at play. In the meantime, Deputy District Attorneys Dekker and Rubirosa find themselves making a difficult bargain with various parties to ensure that the true orchestrator behind the crimes is brought to justice.
