Bobby Flay takes a trip to the Middle East with a barbecue that’s packed with bold flavors. He kicks things off with Tuna Kofte drizzled in a pomegranate-molasses and mint glaze, served over a spicy crushed hummus. Then he fires up lamb chops slathered in apricot glaze and finished with pistachio and sumac.
