Following the shocking murders of three women, the Police Squad springs into action. To crack the case and avert more killings, they bring in two female officers, Dawson and Conway. A strategic plan is devised that sets Dawson and Conway up in an apartment complex, with Webster and Gillis residing just across the hall.
