As Reagan collaborates more with Luke, Chris begins to feel a twinge of jealousy. His friend Reed's misguided suggestions escalate Chris's anxiety into a full-blown crisis. At the same time, Ava is caught off guard to discover that her competitor, Shayna, will be racing against her in an upcoming charity 10K. Determined to win, Ava seeks the expertise of celebrity trainer Gideon Kirk to help her prepare.
