Oggy is eager to attend the circus but finds himself short on cash. In a bid to cheer him up, Jack decides to create his own circus, complete with performers. However, the plan takes a turn for the worse when the two cats, Oggy and his friend, find themselves caught up in the antics of the pesky cockroaches.
