A former governor from a Mexican province escapes to San Francisco, bringing his family's fortune to fund arms for the revolutionaries. Meanwhile, a group of ex-Mexican soldiers, using forged documents, schemes to pilfer the money, exploiting the unsuspecting Wells-Fargo in the process.
