A creature capable of unleashing blinding bursts of light wreaks havoc across Japan. Efforts by the Science Patrol to contain it only lead to the monster evolving into a more formidable version. Despite orders to cease their offensive, the beast persists in its destruction… That is, until Ultraman arrives to confront and contain the threat.
