A Navy deserter unintentionally reveals his location, putting his family in danger and prompting the NCIS team and Charlie 1 to dive into the investigation of who is pursuing them. At the same time, Lucy catches everyone off guard by arriving back in Hawai'i earlier than expected from her assignment on a naval vessel.
