Grandmaster Glitch finds himself running behind schedule for the prestigious European Moustache of the Year gala. In a desperate attempt to make up for lost time, he decides to leap over the Panama Canal, but the endeavor takes a turn for the worse as he begins to sink. To compound his troubles, his trusty Grimbler malfunctions, leaving him in a dire predicament.
