Bec faces an emotional crisis, finding comfort in Jenny and Mrs. Gross, yet it's Matt she truly longs for. Meanwhile, JB feels exasperated as Sophie dismisses his efforts to deepen their connection. Will she ever drop her defenses? On another front, Frances is tasked with looking after Jonathan's niece and nephew. Observing Paul and Zach interact with the kids, she comes to understand just how distinct they are from one another. This revelation leaves her questioning what it means for her relationship with Paul.
