Anna, B.B., and Lavender come to the aid of cows sporting peculiar tanks designed to capture their belches. Once they detach the devices, they discover that Preston Praxton invented them to harness methane from cow burps for energy on his farm, and he refuses to consider the rangers' perspective on the issue.
